We fly seven days a week, twice a day (at sunrise and within two hours of sunset), weather permitting. Favorable flight conditions include clear skies and gentle breezes.
How long will the flight last?
Most flights will last at least 45 minutes, but may last over an hour depending on the weather, direction of fight, and available landing sites.
What will the temperature be in the balloon?
The temperature will be the same as it is on the ground. We usually don't fly high enough to reach the colder termperatures aloft.
What should I wear?
You should dress comfortably. We recommend sport clothing and flat-soled shoes. Keep in mind that you will need to climb in and out of the basket. You may wish to wear a hat as some heat will radiate downward from the burner.
May I take a camera or camcorder with me?
Yes and bring plenty of film. And be sure you have fresh batteries. You will have lots of wonderful photo opportunities during the flight.
Can my family and friends come watch me take off?
You may invite your family and friends to see you lift off on your adventure. They may want to join in the chase and watch you land.
How old do you have to be to take the flight?
We usually don't take children under 10 years of age, however we do make exceptions based upon the parent's recommendation. Please call us to discuss your particular situation.
I want to plan a special anniversary flight for just my spouse and I. Can this be arranged?
Yes, we have romantic flights for two that cost a little more, but provide lots of privacy for you and your loved one during the flight.
Is it possible to do a marriage proposal in the balloon?
Yes, we can arrange a romantic flight for two that will give you the perfect opportunity to pop the question. Call and we can discuss some of the options with you.
Can we get married in the balloon?
Yes, we have arranged weddings in the balloon or we can fly away from the reception with the newlyweds. It is a very romantic adventure.

Yes, however we do not accept Discover or American Express.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, we would encourage you to call several weeks in advance especially if you have a particular date you want to schedule.
